PRETTY BALLERINAS

I always loved flats as the perfect everyday shoe and yesterday I found yet another perfect pair, this time in reptile pattern.
I’ll show more pics later, but now I’m off on a little road trip!

PRINT MISMATCH

I love print mismatching and today’s outfit consisted of printed pants, leopard shoes, a black simple tee and a white oversize sweater. The simplicity and the oversize of it all was what made me smile!

LET THEM EAT CAKE

23Today I turned 23 and ate cake for breakfast and lunch, one of the many benefits of birthdays. Ended the day with a crayfish party out at Sjökrogen and now I’m at home feeling grateful for the whole day, it really was the perfect birthday filled with so much laughter and love. The only thing missing was my sister and my love but I’ll celebrate with them in London next week instead!

Outfit wise I matched my new frill detailed skirt and a new open back top together with golden heeled black shoes. Really liked the combination as it’s very simple but still has some edgier details to it!

MESSY BRAID

IMG_1770Off to go grocery shopping in my super comfy outfit and a very messy braid – vacation time at it’s best. Planning a BBQ out by the pool tonight and I’m in charge of food and wine shopping, so I’ll have to pay a visit to systembolaget (the only store that sells alcohol in Sweden…) and a covered market!

Good morning!

I’m having such a great time at home, spending time with loved ones and enjoying every moment. Last night was no exception as I headed out to my grandma once again to celebrate my uncles birthday! We were served delicious lamb as a main and for dessert a lovely homemade raspberry cake while planning our upcoming family trip to Portugal in September, will be loads of fun I think.

Now it’s time for me to get going as I have a lot of things planned, hope you have a nice day!

LUNCH AT HOME

Fil lunchHellooo,

Something I always do when I’m at home is to devour swedish food and eat anything I crave that I can’t find in London. One of my personal favourites is fil, which taste like yoghurt but more sour and that’s what I had for lunch today together with blueberries and coconut. Yumm!

Hope you’re having a great day!

Helloo,

This Sunday the sky has been grey and it’s been raining off and on the whole day so what could be better than spending time in the couch watching movies and series and just relaxing. My evening I spent out at my grandmas with my family and after that it was home for some sushi in front of Solsidan.

BRIGHT & WHITE

A little sneak peak of today’s outfit. Loads of white and light colours to contrast the grey and rainy skies, brightening up my day a bit! Will post a whole picture later but right now I’m off to try my mom’s new car, fun!

Hellooo,
Yesterday I arrived in Stockholm and I was so happy to be back home after eight months away! Spent my first night having dinner at Sturehof and drinks at Obaren which was lovely, both the company and the food! Didn’t have the energy to go out all night so went home quite early and slept like a baby.

Today I went home to my little city and just enjoyed a BBQ at my fathers. Time to watch the shining!

Two snapshots of my shoes while I was on my way to Heathrow and now I’m here checked in and just about to board. I really am so happy to go home for a bit now and hopefully enjoy some of the Swedish summer!

tea and biscuits in the morning, yumm

Helloo,

I spent my morning at my hairdressers in their temporary space which was so bright and cool, a bit warehouse looking, and that together with a nice talk, some tea and fresh hair put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I’ve been going to Christina for about three years now and wouldn’t be happy trusting my hair to anyone else.. She’s that good!

Now time to start thinking about packing for Sweden on Friday, can’t wait to go home for a while.

FORN DE SANT JOAN

IMG_0360Happy times. In a wrap dress from Filippa K.

A little recommendation when visiting Palma is to visit Forn de Sant Joan for some amazing drinks, a mojito or daiquiri would be my choice,  and some lovely tapas! A really nice place to eat and to spend some quality time.

Last time there we decided that each person would choose their favourite tapas and then we our waiter helped us choose some local favourites and some fusion tapas. In the end my favourites were the oven baked goat cheese with tomato jam and olive pasta and some delicious lamb cuts.

Helloo,

I just got back from two lovely weeks on Mallorca. Spending time with dear ones, eating loads of food (especially seafood…), swimming, reading in the shade and just being plain happy.

This was my third summer on Mallorca and I enjoy it more and more each time I go, there is just so much to do and so many beautiful places to see! Plus it’s heaven for relaxation as well..
Have you ever been?:)

So the last days I went from Madrid to London and now I’m here enjoying the sun and awaiting Palma on Saturday with my love. Can’t wait!
I’ve been occupying myself with cleaning out my closets.. A never ending task and therefore my outfit choice has been these super cute shorts from Zara (pic above) and for dinner: homemade pizza – yumm!

Yesterday we saw a lot of Madrid and even if it was hot, strolling around was such a pleasure and enabled us to see so much of the city. Our walk ended at Magasand, one of my favourite places for quick but delicious food in Madrid, where we bought pick nick to bring with us in the Retiro park.
